Lake Shore Care is a placement agency, not an employment agency.  We place domestic candidates in appropriate positions and you, the employer, pay directly to them.  This way, you and your family save thousands of dollars yearly domestic care expenses.  Whether you need live-out, live-in or 24 hour help, Lake Shore Care strives to find the appropriate caregivers, housekeepers, and nannies to promote an elder's independence and/or recovery and proper child or home care in the most economical way.

Communication and personal service is what has made Lake Shore Care the leading domestic placement agency in Chicago and suburbs.  We understand that our job doesn't end at the moment when a caregiver, nanny, or a housekeeper is hired.  We communicate on regular basis with families and domestic employees to monitor the quality of our service.  We offer assistance long after the placement is made and are always available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. 

 

Guarantee

 

At Lake Shore Care, we offer (at a minimum) full 6-month replacement guarantee at no additional cost.  If you feel that your employee placed by our agency has not turned out to be the right match for your family or your loved one, we will replace her/him at no additional cost to you.
