"I would like to start by saying that I am not big on writing reviews. I have to be really , really impressed by something in order for me to sit down and wright the review.
Saying that impressed I was when I dealt with Lake Shore Care agency is an understatement.
I was looking for a caregiver for my mother who is in her late 90s. I contacted several help agencies because I needed to find a good caregiver right away, the one that my mother had at that time had family emergency and was leaving very unexpectedly.
When I contacted Lake Shore Care I dealt with the woman named Halina. She asked me a lot of questions about the needs of my mother, to make sure that the person who she will bring in to me will have all qualifications I require in the person who I will trust to take care of my mother.
Within 2 days of me contacting that agency I had an appointment with a caregiver. Halina accompanied the caregiver to my house . Prior to our appointment I got a call from Halina with all the information about the person she was bringing in.
The caregiver ended up being everything Halina said she will be , and my mother is very happy with her. I also got the follow up calls from Halina to make sure that we are happy with the caregiver that she placed with my mother.
I was very impressed how professionally and timely Halina took care of our needs. I dealt with other help agencies in the past , but this is by far the best experience I had.
